How to download mobile application?

After new membership registration, system sends a text message to your mobile phone, containg the URL (link) to where you can download the application. If you have not received the text message for some reasons; wrong phone number, text message lost, etc., you can still download the mobile application by open your mobile phone browser and go to the URL indicated in YouCaddy Welcome email.

Which mobile application do I need?

Basically, depending on the carrier and the mobile device you have, you can select to run one or more of the following application types: WAP, J2ME, BREW, or Windows Mobile. WAP version uses http which is similar to Internet browser. Most mobile devices have Internet browser. However, due to its technical limitation, some features are not available; for example GPS functionality. Most Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, T-Mobile mobile devices support java-enabled application. For this case, J2ME is the better application you want to choose from. Verizon Wireless, Alltel, etc. support BREW. However, they are not downloadable. Check on device's application folder to see if the application is pre-installed. Some devices run Windows Mobile. If that is the case, you should download Windows Mobile version.

How do I know my mobile device model?

The model is a combination of manufacturer and series model. The manufacturer is usually obvious. You can find the name right outside the phone; i.e. LG, Samsung, Motorolla, etc. But if the model is not available outside, open the batter pack in the back and looking in there.
